Ms. Alyssa - Assistant Dance Director and Dance Instructor

Alyssa has always had a curiosity about life and how everything you do has an effect on your body. After her parents' divorce, Alyssa turned to yoga to cope with the shift in her life.

In 2009 she enrolled into teacher training and earned her RYT200. Alyssa teaches Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga and is currently studying Aerial Yoga. Later on, her journey lead her to different healing modalities.

Back in 2014 she received her certification as a Reflexologist and recently became a certified Reiki practitioner. Her path then took a giant leap when she moved to Fort Myers with her husband, Terrance and their dog, Ginger just this past June! We are happy to have her join us here at Sanibel  Dance Pilates and Yoga. Her presence is uplifting and positive; you are guaranteed to have an all around great class. Always being passionate with dance and children we asked her to join our dance studio as well as a wonderful addition to the team.
